Stack Up is a fast-paced and challenging block stacking game where your task is to carefully create horizontal, vertical, or diagonal matches of 3 or more identical blocks. Very similar to Tetris, this descending block activity features 3-block units which you must skillfully manipulate as they fall. Skills / strategy required: This is a dexterity and reflex-based construction puzzle where you must react quickly to position the falling blocks to your advantage. Use good hand-eye coordination and sharp visual skills to carefully (yet swiftly) figure out where to place each block unit. Try to keep a cool head when the blocks near the top of the grid – patience is important!

How to Play: A Flash-based, falling block matching game for notebook, laptop and desktop PC / Mac (with certain browsers). In each increasingly-challenging level, you must reach a target number of ‘Lines’ (matches) before the structure reaches the top of the game grid. Units of 3 merged blocks fall from the top of the play area, and you must try to manipulate them into matches of 3 or more identical blocks that are adjacent horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

When a unit of 3 blocks falls into play, control its movement with the Left and Right Arrow Keys. Press the Up Arrow to alter the order in which the three different blocks are positioned within the unit of 3. Press the Down Arrow to immediately drop the unit to the bottom of the grid. These 3 blocks can only be separated by contact with other, already-placed blocks.

If you create a match of three or more, those blocks are eliminated from the grid, and you reduce your target by 1 ‘line’. If you reach the target number of lines before the block structure hits the top of the play area, you progress to the next level. Block falling speed increases as you progress. Keep an eye on the ‘Next’ block unit indicated on the left hand side of the play area.
